Ruiz Constructions made its debut as a sole trader in 1998. By this time, the company’s founder already had several years’ experience in the building industry after working alongside a variety of local, national and international companies.

Ruiz Constructions’ scope expanded a short time later to include commercial operations through the highly anticipated Elara project.

Following Elara’s success Ruiz Constructions continued to pursue involvement in residential housing, seeking to amplify its capacity in both streams of construction.

This early involvement in both the commercial and residential sectors means that Ruiz Constructions is now regarded an experienced project manager in the region.

Today Ruiz Constructions’ list of achievements includes being named preferred builder on the panels of CHC Affordable Housing and the Department of Housing and Community Services.
