Director and Construction Manager
Pep has worked exclusively in the construction industry for over 20 years. Pep’s variety of roles has exposed him to all aspects of the building process allowing him to gain in-depth understanding of the different stages of construction, including products and detailing, construction methods, and current building trends. Pep’s professionalism is characterised by a core understanding of how each stage of the construction relates to the broad spectrum of people involved in the building process.
Director and Sales & Marketing Manager
Prior to making the switch to lead Ruiz Constructions with his brother, Eddie already had extensive professional experience in roles that helped him develop his management expertise. Eddie’s human and approachable personality means he can liaise with people from all walks of life on a real level, while his formal qualifications and experience in the building industry allow him to give sound advice with a ‘hands on’ approach. Eddie specialises in construction estimating and sales. Eddie is also a member of the HIA Policy Committee and Chairman of the Bonner Display Village Panel Builders.
Project Manager / Interior Designer
Gabrielle has been working in the construction industry for over 3 years working concurrently with full-time study at the University of Canberra. Being around construction majority of her life she is passionate about the industry. She currently holds an Advanced Diploma in Interior Design and a Bachelor of Interior Architecture. She is currently studying full-time undertaking a Bachelor of Building and Construction Management. Gabrielle’s role in our company is to consolidate our successful delivery to the client’s of both commercial and residential projects. Her industry experience is proving to add value to our companies philosophy of “A satisfied Client at the end of every project” Gabrielle is also a HIA Accredited GreenSmart Professional and an active NAWIC Member!
Bavneet is a recent graduate of the University of Canberra, having obtained a Bachelor of
Arts in Architecture, with a minor in Building and Construction Management.
Bavneet’s role involves working closely with Gabrielle in helping to manage, administrate
and deliver a wide range of both residential and commercial projects. Bavneet is involved in
all aspects of project and contract administration from client support, estimating,
procurement and contracting, site administration and defects liability period management.
Bavneet is a driven individual who is keen to continue developing his experience in the
Joe has been with Ruiz Constructions since June 2015. Currently studying a Bachelor of Building and Construction Management and a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Canberra, he is excited to be able to gain industry experience. Joe’s role consists of working closely with our project manager and administrator through tendering, procurement, management of jobs and general administration to ensure the successful delivery of all projects.
Jennifer’s devotion to superior customer service and her experience in sales has ensured her success as a Sales Representative since joining the Ruiz team in 2014. She is currently undertaking a Real Estate Traineeship and has extensive knowledge of and a passion for the local market. Jennifer is a true people person and her role sees her work closely with our Sales and Marketing Manager to achieve the best results for clients wanting to build or buy a home. Her passion and determination are key components to ensuring her clients enjoy the best experience possible.
